BESPOKE & MADE TO MEASURE SERVICE
We have two showrooms in London: one in Mayfair and one in Richmond, where you are welcome to visit on appointments. Alternatively, one of BUCCERONI masters can be scheduled to travel to your home or office in the Greater London area at free charge. For other areas, please enquire at info@bucceroni.com.

No, we do not charge for appointments.
Once you’ve placed your order, it will take about 4-5 weeks for shirts and trousers, or 5-7 weeks for suits to be ready for a first fitting. Certain fabrics or certain periods of year might take longer.
Once your garments are ready, you will receive an email inviting you to book an appointment for the first fitting.
If alterations requested after the first fitting, it will be completed in approximately 1 week. You can also indicate whether you would like another fitting appointment or a home delivery through a courier.
It is possible. You can contact BUCCERONI by email at info@bucceroni.com to discuss more with one of our masters to ensure that the finished garments live up to our standard of quality and fit.
If your Bespoke & Made to Measure garment doesn’t fit perfectly, please contact our customer service team by email at info@bucceroni.com. You can book a re-fitting appointment within 30 days (from the day you completed the payment) for alterations needed at no extra charge.
For Bespoke & Made to Measure service, 50% deposit upon ordering and a 50% balance on completion of the garments.
ONLINE ORDERS
Enter the order number in the "Orders and Returns" page to check its progress. Registered users will also find all of the information about their orders in the "Your Page" area.

For each product presented you will find information relating to the composition, corresponding size chart, and instructions for the care of the product.

When ordering online you can ask for gift wrapping by leaving a message before checkout. You can request a personal message that will be written on a card.
Insert the tracking number provided in our "Shipment Confirmation" email into the tracking number field on the website of the courier.
During the checkout, you can request it by leaving a message. Your purchase will be shipped in our exclusive gift packaging.
SHIPPING FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Delivery times begin on the shipment date and vary depending on available service in every area and country.
Greater London | The same day for orders placed before 1 pm or the next day for orders placed after 1 pm
United Kingdom | 1-3 working days
European Countries | 3-5 working days

BUCCERONI offers shipping to the United Kingdom and other European countries. In case you’re not in one of these countries, please contact us at info@bucceroni.com with your request.
The shipping costs vary depending on the destination. The shipping is free within Europe and on request for the rest of the world.
At the delivery, the courier may require the signature of the customer or a delegated person.
Products purchased from our online store are shipped directly from London.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A purchase may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. For more information see the return policy section.
The person who placed the order can return a product received as a gift within 30 days of receiving the order. For more information see the return policy section.
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can replace a product by requesting a different size or an alternative colour, when available in stock. For more information see the return policy section.
Yes, you can use a different courier from the one indicated by BUCCERONI. In this case, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipping costs and any damage or loss of the products during the return shipment.
Once we receive your returned item in our warehouse, we will proceed to issue the refund within a few days. The time required for the refund will depend on the payment method used when ordering. Generally, the procedure is completed within 14 days from receipt of the returned item. Possible delays in the refund appearing in your account may depend on the payment method used.
Customers should dispatch the products for return from the same country where the products were first delivered.
PAYMENT
The payment methods for purchases in our online store are: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB); PayPal, Union Pay. The billing address must match the address registered with the payment method you want to use.
The amount will be charged on the selected method of payment only after acceptance and shipment of the order. You will receive an email with confirmation of shipment and the amount due has been charged.
If you receive a notification advising that the payment method has been declined, please check that:
• the details of the card or payment information have been entered correctly;
• the security code is correct;
• the credit card has not expired.
In the event that all of the above information is correct, contact your bank or the payment service provider.
Payment will be made in the currency shown at the checkout in our online store.

Spread the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with remaining instalments scheduled automatically every 30 days.
